.224 WEATHERBY Wildcat??? Gun Mag Write-Up??

I recall a Gun Magazine did a lengthy write-up on using the 224 Weatherby Magnum as a Wildcat. I'm almost certain they converted it to a 6.5mm and made it fit an AR15?? Does anyone else remember this Beast? It's been a few years back but as I remember it was pretty ground breaking. I was thinking this would probably be something close to what the Army is seeking today. It's Narrow and can fit just as many Round in a Magazine as the 5.56, but would have to be longer. It looks like something that could take advantage of the new Light Weight Shell casings they are seeking. It was a pretty informative and in depth Article. Anybody??
