.224 Lapua Senar

I just got done weighing a box of 100 69gr bullets and out of that 100, 3 had a nasty ring around the tip and weighed 70.5grs while the median weighed 69.7-69.8 has anybody else run into this and is this common throughout all senars??

The 105 grain and 155 grain lapuas that I use are extremely consistent and normally vary less than .4 grains. I never see any visual defects either.
