.223AI 53gr. Vmax?

Will a 12 twist be enough to get the job done???

Should be 3700-3800 fps. in a 30" finish length Brux.

yes, i ran 53gr vmax from a 223ai with a 24" barrel with no issues.

my older 223AI was a 12T......53V's worked great.....

newer in use now is 9T 223AI...same moly 53V and same 27.5/Benchmark charge

28" no taper/full cyl....SAFE load in my rifle......
