Need a magazine that will accommodate a long bullet seating depth for my Tikka T3 Light. Wondering if a factory. 22-250 magazine may work? Any recommendations greatly appreciated.

Wow, they are very proud of those! May have to get with my brother and have him 3d print a few .223 followers and convert a .22-250 magazine to work. Maybe a new market to look into. Lol. Thanks bud.Hi Paul,
The mags I’ve found that have best OAL for tikka are found in the link below. I’ve tried quite a few and can vouch for their quality. They are out of Australia and aren't cheap but their shipping was prompt and their communication was excellent, I’d suggest an email to them if you see something that might work or have a question.

Drover,There have been quite a few discussions and do yourself threads about opening up the factory mags for greater OAL on 24hourcampfire.com
It's been quite a while since I have seen one but I bet that a search would eventually find it. Or, maybe just post a thread thre titled something like - how do I open up a 223 magazine OAL
I think that a 22/250 magazine is unlikely to work due to the wider body of the 22/250 opening.

The owner posted a new video this week, saying their customer service guy has been let go. He found hundreds of unfilled orders back to 2022, and email chains where the customers were lied to. They are not taking any more orders until July, so they can clean up the back orders that are out there.I contacted Mountain Tactical over a year ago about their new gen 223 mags. The guy told me they would be available in a few months, and………..then nothing. Fast-forward to now, I stumbled across a video that MT put out a couple months ago about something or other and left kind of a sarcastic comment asking where their 223 mags were. Surprisingly they responded within 15 minutes and said they were within a couple weeks up coming out. And, still nothing. By all accounts, MT is a reputable company. I’ve never had any dealings with them other than a phone call. But I’ve basically given up on them and their mags.

6 months ago he posted about the shop being used by the employees to make fishing gear to sell without his knowledge. Close to putting him out of business.
Makes nice stuff, but clearly is not any kind of business manager.
