223 neck tension ?

Looking to confirm my decision on what bushing to use on this 223. Using Winchester brass and Berger 80.5 full bore bullet... It measures .2464". for dummy round.
What bushing would be best? At the moment I don't have any for it.

Thanks again

You may be about to discover that bushings do not always size to the size on the bushing. Search it, it is pretty common, the bushings are all supposed to be correct but the brass handles being sized differently. (depending on manufacturer)

If you are shooting a bolt gun I'd shoot for 2thou of neck tension, get a .243, .244, and a .245 bushings.

I've got Redding bushings that size my 308 brass about 2thou small than the number on the bushing. The trick is not to worry so much about what the bushing says, just get the one that gives you what you want.

Read the link below, if you have a standard off the shelf factory rifle a bushing die may not be for you. With my Savage .223 and the Forster die below I had runout problems when sizing the neck in one step. Meaning the neck of the chamber is too big to use with a bushing type die.
