.223 minimum to maximum case length

Beginner reloader here and I am unsure about the length of my .223 cases. I wanted to ask what is an average safe case length. I put together a little bench with som lee precision presses and dies, I have everything I need but In my manual I can only seem to find the maximum length for the case. What do you recommend is a best size. I have 1,000 once fired rounds I want to press. I
 
Saami posts specs, usually it is a maximum followed by how much below that is the minimum. So 1.760-.030=1.730. Anywhere between 1.730-1.760 is within spec.
Most chamberings only give you a .020 range though so typically I go halfway; .010 below max. Thats where mark got his 1.750 trim length number, which is what I use as well for 223.
