I have a Howa Mini and I'm looking for a donor mag box setup to convert the rifle to a blind magazine arrangement if possible. The Mini doesn't have any feed lips machined into the receiver so is a bit of a challenge . . . . .
I have here a Stevens (Savage) 200 in 223 with a blind centre feed mag but it is a "long" box with a fill piece and so not suitable.
So - what other .223 length centre feed double stack magazines (or boxes etc.) can you suggest I have a look at - they need to be about 2.300 long and capable of being top loaded.
Its no problem to cut the bottom off a 10 shot or other capacity mag to make it fit.
Thoughts ??
