Both have been Pac Nor prefits....this one is 9 twist/3 groove & 28" long

Large shank Savage target action....weighs in at 18#....no recoil jump

Benchmark & IMR 8208 behind the 53 V max....lights out p/dogs

.223AI is my favorite right behind my 20 Vartarg. A couple of years ago I got a 12 twist Shilen from NSS and put it on an older Savage 12 action. I sent a dummy round to Shilen with a 53 gr Vmax. My supply of benchmark was low and at that time I was able to find TAC so I gave it a try with the 53’s. Fantastic results and fire forming with factory Fiocchi 50gr Vmax is almost as good! Yes, both are 5 shot groups at 100 yards!

playing with a new scale setup. Dont laugh too hard. Installed the barreled action in a KRG Bravo and will continue to do load development with the 50gr tnt. Stay tuned
