At one time I shot 50g TNT's out of my 1:12 AR in 223. While they were very accurate I ended up switching to 55g Nosler BT's as they were slightly more accurate and had less drop at the ranges I was shooting at. Wasn't running any where near the velocity you are getting of course.

Both the 50g Hornady SX and the Speer TNT came apart in my 1:9 223 Savage barrel. At the time I was trying to duplicate the Fiocchi 50 varmint load which shoots very well in my 1:9 223. I'm contemplating ordering a box of the 50g TnT to try in the 1:14 223AI. I've had great success shooting the 40g Vmax in a 1:14 22-250 at about 3850 FPS with no issue of bullets coming apart and deadly prairie dog accuracy.

Randy, several of us have zero freebore reamers, 12-14 twists.
28.0g of H335 with a 50g What ever with a thick cup primer like a 7 1/2, cci BR4 is 3750-3800, tiny bug holes abound.
I started off with a 29" 14T Hart barrel, it is on it's second chamber shooting these loads, zero freebore, IMI brass, now at 26"
While these loads are safe in my rifle, barrels can be very different, and surely would not apply to any 9 twist or faster barrel, use as a guide only and work up. I had the bolt bushed on this Rem 700 that is in a McMillen Hunter class stock.
That same barrel is on it's third chamber now, still shooting tiny groups in the very low 2's, but the zero's and 1's groups seem to be out of the realm of possibilities.
I would certainly try some of the thick cup primers made for AR's.
I have shot a lot of Benchmark, 748, H335, AA2230, WC844, N133, and N135 with 50 and 55g bullets. Accuracy can be astounding with all of these powders by playing with OAL and primer choice. I did notice that some loads prefered a 7 1/2 while others liked a br4 and 450's.
55g bullets with N135 have astounding accuracy in a long 14-12T barrel around 3700 fps.
Throat life with H335 is incredible.
I'm in them midst of prepping the brass I got with the rifle, deburring the flash holes and regularizing the primer pocket depth. The brass is Winchester commercial (mostly) but the overall length seems to vary quite a lot, 0.030" on the cases I checked. I'm hesitant to trim the brass much below 1.760" until I see how close the lands I can seat 40g bullets. I segregated about 175 pieces of Winchester brass from my box of range pickups and resized them in case I need more than the 350 pieces of formed and partly formed brass I got with the barrel
I seriously doubt that my Shaw barrel will shoot with your Hart but accuracy is always TBD until I work up a load for it. I mounted a Bushnell 6-24 Xtreme 30 scope on the rifle and sighted it in at 100 yards last Wednesday. If the wind over stops blowing in North Texas, I'll move to the 200 yard range where I do my load testing for PD rifles.
The 55g Nosler BT is one of my favorite bullets for PD's. I shoot it in my 223 AR and my 22-250aI 1:12 twist rifle. They are, however, pricey.

Finally, had a reasonably calm day with only a little bit of rain to make a trip to PCSC for the first effort at load development. All five shot groups were shot at 200 yards.
Both 27 and 28g of AA2200 produced groups of an inch or less CTC with the 40g Vmax. My rifle is a Savage M10 with a Shaw 1:14 barrel that's about 24-25" long using a 6-24 Bushnell Xtreme 30 scope.
The 50g SX group is troublesome because there are only four holes. One of the holes was very slightly elongated which might indicate two bullets through the same hole. The very old box of 50g SX's had a note in it not to exceed 3500 fps and I imagine I was in excess of that so the bullet might have disintegrated. I have some other 50g SX loads to shoot but I really pretty satisfied with a .93" 200 yard CTC group with the 40g Vmax and no pressure sights - it was about 70F yesterday with near 100% humidity and the range is at 1240 elevation.

That 50 sx a tad slower will grenade much more that the 40 a little faster. Both excellent on the poodles.
I have dispatched a couple of hundred PD's with the 40g Vmax out of my 1:14 22-250 (another Shaw barrel) with a mild load of Varget. Longest hit was 465 yards ranged at the bottom of the ledge the dog was part way up. We were shooting at about 7000 feet elevation and the little 40g Vmax has much better trajectory at that elevation than I'd expect.
I took advantage of the Speer rebate and ordered two boxes of 50g TNT's. If I decide to experiment further that'll be my next bullet to try.
My philosophy on PD's rifles is accuracy first, trajectory (velocity, drop, wind drift) second, cost third, and splat factor last. The most impressive dissolution I've had was my 6mm Dasher shooting the 105g Amax on a group of PD's about 120 yards away followed by a couple hits with a 22-250 at less than 100 yard. I personally get more satisfaction from hit percentage and long range hits than splat.
