223 10" Twist?

A local gun shop just received a shipment of Tikka T3 Lite rifles. The 223 now has a 10" twist (former models had 8" twist).

I assume that this slower twist will better tolerate lighter bullets. You thoughts.
 
I shoot light bullets out of a 8 twist with no problems and the ten twist should be just fine up to 68 or69 grain bullets I would think.
