It's like an early birthday gift!
Now if I had gotten it a little earlier, I could have had time to set up the long awaited vintage Krieger blank on the Panda.

i'll now wait till I shoot Scotts postal match with the current barrel I used the worn out Elkridge reamer on, it has won its share of smaller matches this year, with a lot of small groups of the match, as well as high scores. But i'm hoping my new reamer, allong with vintage Krieger LV blank, next year it will be more consistent, and a touch better?? one thing is for sure now, we are going to find out.

As well as had the Shilen barrel on the Panda currently chamber recut and threaded for the Savage Varmint rifle, giving me 17 Mach IV, 222 Rem/SAUM, and 6BR options. I will even have a 222 choice now for factory modified class.

But ordered this in the second weak of June, and patience finally paid of. I have a few hundred Lapua 222 Mach cases just waiting for this new chamber, .246" NK and Minimum dimensions with zero freebore. As well as a couple thousand very special bullets made on shorter jackets especially for this 14 twist. I'm already stoked for next year, and I'm still waiting on the custom laminated Walnut blank and Krieger HV 1-10 twist for a very special 200-400 yard factory modified Varmint for score build later this winter to go with my unlimited gun next year. The match season might be over, but next years fun is just starting, lots of work to do the next four months.
Life is good, maybe this is what they refer to as the golden years? one thing is for sure, it dang sure aint cheap,,,,,,,, ;-)
