220 swift on a Remington 600 action

I have a soft spot for 220 swifts, and have always wanted a lightweight 20" barreled one. I see people have built the swift on a s/a, does anyone know if the 600 action is a full size s/a? I realize I probably wouldn't be able to load to max length, but is it doable?

Its even shorter than a short action. Its xp/model seven length

As Dusty said about length, it uses the same mag box as a remmy short action so it is doable

Well, I scrapped that idea because the gun sold. I'm thinking I'll just build one on a l/a so I can take full advantage of the larger mag.
