220 swift fast twist

Any have info on 220 swift with 90gr bullets.
Got questions on
Barrel twist
1000 yard accuracy
Are they stable at 1000 yards
Velocity
Ect
Any info would be great thanks

I have not loaded for a 220 Swift,but I have a 22-250 AI which is very similar to a Swift.Again I don't shoot 90's in this gun ,but I do in a 223AI.As to barrel twist , I am pretty sure a 7 twist will work as it does in my 223AI. The FTR shooters using 90 vlds have made them work in 223 to 1000 yds . The 90 works fine at 1000 at 2850 in 223 ,so I am sure a Swift can exceed that velocity easily.I shoot 82 gr Bergers in my 22-250AI 8 twist using H4831SC at a velocity of 3200. There are probably better powders but mine loves this combination .

The important questions which I can not answer are 1. Where to set the freebore. 2. Velocity with a 90 in a Swift.

You might want also to think about max rpm with those fast twist barrels. Push em too fast and the bullets can come apart. I've seen it with some other fast twist rifles.
