220 russian to 6mm ppc first step

I want to create 6mm ppc brass with turned necks. Do I run the brass thru my neck sizing die with the bushing removed and then turn the necks and resize with the bushing and fire form ? Or do I need a bushing the size of the unturned brass for the first step ? Thanks Rich

Champfer mouths inside and out; then expand them to .243 before turning. Neck sizing is the last step.
