22 PPC powders

I just bought a Ruger 77 VT in 22 PPC. I would like to know what powders work the best for you. I have R7, H4198, IMR 4198, and 8208 on hand.

What bullet weight do you plan to shoot through it? 52-57 get bullets all perform excellent with N135 VV.
