22 PPC No Turn Neck?

I have a Shilen 22 PPC Rifle that I would like to use on Prarie Dogs. It currently has a .243" Neck. I also have a 6 PPC,.262 neck)for Benchrest Shooting. I have lots of Lapua 220 Russian Brass. When I weigh and select the Brass for the 6 PPC, I would like to be able to load all the heavy and light brass with a 22 Bullet and use it in the 22 PPC,No Neck Turn)

I think I could do this by opening the .243" Neck up to .251"

I would appreciate comments or suggestions on this. Also maybe someone already done this and has the reamer and results.

I now think I'm going to need a .255" Reamer, not .251"

I just seated some Bart's 52 gr FB,These have "pressure ring") in some new out of the box Lapua 220 Russian Brass. The loaded necks mic'ed .2527" to .2534"

I guess that means I'm looking for a .255 Reamer with a .218" Pilot.

If I'm overlooking something Please let me know! Also if anyone has a reamer like that please give me a price to either rent the reamer or open up the neck on my gun.

For what's worth I have a 22BR that is set up for Lapua brass with a no turn neck a .254"

Be aware that a .255 neck will not clear some of the newer lots of Lapua 220 Russian brass.

Like a .274 wouldn't fit a "no turn" 6ppc with Lapua, a .273 will work with Alpha.

Not exactly a 22 PPC but my early 22 Beggs no turn reamer has a .257" neck dia to produce .003" neck clearance.

This is a good shooter.
