22 Dasher dies??

Does anyone know if/where I might purchase a micrometer adjustable seating die for the 22 Dasher??

TIA

Richard Schatz

Looking at doing the same. Was just wondering if they were available already made from any of the die makers

Richard,
I use a Wilson 22 BR inline seater reamed with my 22 Dasher reamer to start the bullet and check seating pressure, using a K&M press with a strain gage) then finish seating the bullet using a Forster Ultra seater in 6 Dasher. It has worked so well that I am doing more of this with other cartridges. That is : starting the seating with a Wilson die and finishing with a comp. type threaded seater die .
For what it is worth I like the Forester Ultra seater over the Redding Comp. seater as I have had uneven OAL lengths with the Redding comp seaer . Haven't figured out why but have heard similar complaints on this board and others from same die.

Richard, I can understand your reluctance as it is very obvious how well the K.I.S.S. plan has worked for you . However what I have proposed isn't as complicated or as involved as I probably made it sound. I sometimes make things sound worse than they are.
