I’m from the USAS side of the world. I have done quite a bit of pellet testing on new rifles. The break in procedure is to clean the barrel once to make sure you have a good base line and start shooting pellet lots. I never saw a difference that could be considered a break in period like in center fire. Air guns do get dirty and that has an affect on group size.Just wondering how many pellets it take for a air rifle to get broken in a new rifle or it doesn’t matter will it shoot the same with zero pellets or shoot better after 200 rounds
