22 caliber expander mandrels?

Guys, Is the any one making custom size 22 caliber mandrels?

I don''t know myself, but if you contact PMA, K&M, or 21st century shooting, I would think one or all of them could help you.

I second Porter Precision. Ken made me a 50BMG prototype, that works very well. .

after you decide what OD mandrel you want, check with die makers [Lyman,RCBS, Redding, Lee, and ask what OD their "M" die mandrel. These are mainly designed for loading cast bullets and they can put a flair to the case mouth. There is a member of the "Cast Boolits" forum that makes custom mandrels that replace the standard ex pander ball on dies.
 
I use 21st Centuries Expander mandrel with the mandrel die for about .001” neck tension, or the Turning mandrel for about .0015-.002” tension. I really like the die, because it allows the mandrel to float, hopefully minimizing runout.
