Will a 22br cycle in a remington 700sa magizine?

Not generally. You have to change or revamp the follower and the magazine box. Gunsmith Mike Bryant has a 'how-to' article here in the archives which you can view and learn the necessary steps and required parts. Hope this helps,

Chip, the conversion works very well I've converted two magazines using Mike Bryant's method. As Ron stated you'll find directions complete with pictures in the articles archive, type in 'Converting Rem 700 Magazine for 6mm BR'
