You will need to clarify what you want regarding for the original Remington 22 BR spec chamber or for the more updated spec that allows for the use of Lapua and Norma brass that has the longer neck lengths. Also, clarify your preferred neck diameter. (I advise against a tight neck chamber for this round). Finally, you need to determine your bullet weight you plan to shoot, basically light or heavy, so that your reamer will be throated accordingly and your bullets can be seated properly in the neck area.
