22 br brass

I am trying to come up with 22 br brass. It is a older gun (20-25 years old) I am told that I can neck down lapua brass to 22 then trim it back to 1.510 . Is this all I need to do?

passenthru,
contact NorCalMikie here on the forum, I have bought 22 br brass from him in the past and have seen him sell 22br brass through 30 br brass on our classifieds, hope this helps some, as far as resizing 6br lapua brass yes I have done that before, no problem.
Wayne.

Absolutely no problem necking down 6 br brass to 22 br brass in one pass with a FL die of your choice.
I use a Redding die to do mine, and then on to a custom Warner die...
If you have the older Remington chamber, you will need to trim them back...
I probably would rechamber it......

Wayne: I just sent him an Email. Like Preacher mentioned, if it'a an "older" chambering it's probably cut to Remington brass specs. Him knowing the actual chamber length would help a bunch. A rechamber would make things a lot easier for him with better brass available. ;)

Mike,
I didn't know if you would see the thread or not so I through your name out there as I have purchased brass from you in the past and was very happy with our deal so I thought I would try to hook the two of you up, hope it works out for both of you, take care Mike and hope to talk again soon.
Wayne.
