Seems like a natural since the 22 BR and 22 Dasher are so popular.

Bird dog,

Funny that you mention the 22br ai, I was actually thinking about chambering one for testing a couple months back. I have done a 20br ai and it was excellent so I have to think that the 22 caliber would be as well. If you give one a try IMR 8208xbr and Accurate 2520 powder are both great options.

I just had a coyote rifle built in that cartridge with a 23" 10-twist. I'm fireforming brass yet and have tried 2 bullets: 55 gr. Sierra Blitzking and 64 gr. Berger Varmint. I'm jamming both .010" to make sure I get a good, uniform case, so no seating depth testing was done. Both bullets liked to be shot in the 3260-3280 fps area with H4895 and CCI 450 primers.

why not a 22 dasher .dan downing was one of the people who came up with this several years ago.
can drive a 52 grain up to 3900 fps in a 27 inch barrel .
