i have shot 52 fowlers with 30.8 gr 8208 XBR getting 3500 fps, 26 in kreiger with a very good group. twist is 1 in 12. have a 1 in 14 twist being bedded and will try same load and expect smaller group. this load is safe in my gun. i have a 1 in 8 tw 22 BR that one holes with 77 smks but slower mv. i love this cartridge as the 1 in 12 tw was my ghog slayer (26 in a row without a miss) this past year and i anticipate the 14 tw will do the same with lighter bullets...the 12 tw loves 63 and 64 gr bullets.
