22-6mm Reloading Help

By accident, I recently acquired a 22-6mm. ,The gun was sold to me as a 22-250 and I ended up keeping it.) It is a 1:10 twist, very heavy,23#) benchrest rifle with non-taped 27" 1.25" diameter barrel. I'd like shoot 68-70g bullets in it and have several different types on order. I'd prefer to use powder along the lines of AA2700, H-4831SC, or WC-860 as I use these powders for other cartridges which I reload. Any starting load suggestions would be appreciated. I primarily want to work up a load to shoot at prairie dogs at long range.

My Grandpa had one of those for a little bit. He said he called Hornady and there is a guy there that has been shooting that cal since the 70's.

The only thing that sticks in my mind is he said when you have a fired cassing you will want to make sure a new bullet will drop in. Apparently many of those guns have a tight neck.

My rifle does have a tight neck. The 6mm cases have to have a couple of thousands turned before they will chamber.

Martini -

You'll want slow powders fer sher.

There's a few more possibles, in-between those that Preacher
lists: VV165, VV560 w/ heavy bullets, I7828 and 7828SSC.
