22-250ai

When doing an Ackley chamber. Your go gauge becomes the No-Go gauge!
OP stated they he has 22-250 AI headspace gauges so this would not apply I would hope the gauges are in fact to specifications

Already been stated but I think it may have been long chambered, doesn’t matter at this point. I would ream it till the original chamber is cleared out , then adjust the tenon and thread to provide proper headspace and bolt clearance and then do load development . As mention it will require a lathe

The distance from the bolt face to the neck shoulder junction It shows on the print you posted. 1.644 AI vs1.664 for the standard
 
yea they may not be.
The whole problem started with the gun not being a short chamber or me not checking to make sure what I got. Not done yet may try a 22-243ai .
