Soup -Gents,
I've got a 1V in .22-250 Remington and I'm looking for a load it might like.
So, if you're shooting one what does yours like.
Thank you in advance for your time and help.

Soup -MAG,
Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
I have bullets, mostly Nosler & Sierra from 50 to 55 grains.
I've got VV N133-N135-Varget-IMR4064-VV N140 and some others.
I hope this helps.

Howdy !
Assuming a 24 " 1-14 barrel and using 55gr bullets, IMR4064 is a proven powder for use in the .22-250.
I myself prefer WW760 / H414 and FED Large Magnum Rifle Match with this powder, under Hornady 55SX for use on groundhogs. It would also be a great match up w/ a 26" barrel.

SOup -Thank you.
I do have 760 and some Federal primers. Twist is 14 and barrel is 24"!

Howdy, again !
Do you do a full-tilt brass prep ?
Regards,

I rebarrelled mine with a Criterion 26" 12-twist, and load 34.5/RE15 under the Hornady 50gr VMAX. With Rem 9-1/2 primers, this load runs around 3450fps, but is consistently under .5MOA. This load is well under the Hornady manual max., but is a the best prairie dog buster I have found.Gents,
