22-243 improved 90 grain Sierra load

Title says it all I have acquired some 90 sierra and was curious if any of y'all have any loads for the 22-243 improved or some similar caliber.
 
i'd probably go with some h1000 if i could... seems to be the powder or choice for grossly over bore cartridges
