I'm not sure, but I believe they are specific to 21st Century priming tools. You should check with them to be certain.

I believe they will accept Lee or at least his first gen ones did however they sell there own as well

I E-mailed 21st Century about this very thing, a while back.
They said you can use others (Lee) but their ( 21st century) shell holders have a tighter tolerance than others.
