21st Century NT Lathe

What are the users of this tool using for power. I've tried the power screwdrivers (tired of charging the batteries) and a variable drill (rpm's are too inconsistent). Has anyone found a tool that:
1. Runs between 180-200 rpm's
2. Fits the lathe set up from a size perspective
AND
3. Has a POWER CORD.

two lipo bat's and charger $89.00 . 100 cases no prob one charge.
whatever is used keep it as light as posable on the tailstock or driver end.

Thanks guys for the information. I already have a Paul B. modified Sinclair Power Center to use with my K&M turners. I'm probably looking for something that doesn't exist....a cordless drill type tool with a power cord to fit and power the 21st Century unit, using their turner, cutter and arbor set up.

I use a small DeWalt angled battery powered screwdriver. I have turned several thousand necks with it. Most to .0005 first pass. After you get to know it, it does a great job if you keep the power screwdriver centered.
I wish John would make a cutting mandrel to get the inside doughnut on the same pass.
I have a Jet lathe but I am very happy with the amount of brass I can prep quickly and accurately on the 21st century lathe.

One of these motors with some modifications and the right mounting bracket setup should work. The hard part would be getting the mounting bracket to slide in and out as you turn the case neck. I envision some SS guide rods and bushing on the mounting bracket to allow it to slide smoothly. It can be done, but it would probably double the cost of the lathe.

Don't laugh but I use a $20$ skil power screwdriver, believe rpm is 120, Lithium batt from Lowes. Got my 21st Century Lathe last year and have turned over 600 cases with it. Sure I only did like 50 at a time, not cause the cheap skil gave out but cause my time/focus would give out. I don't think it can be beat and I have 18v makita and dewalts to use, but prefer the el cheapo skil because it weighs next to nothing, no hand fatigue and costs very little.

I bought a cheapo Ryobi 4 volt here, but 1 battery didn't go far, back to Home Despot for another, still not enough. Back again for double charger and 1 more battery, I'm at 90.00 or so but have ample battery power.
I tried a 7 volt Dewalt, but the speed generated too much heat on the brass and ended up taking too much off ???
I wish the lathe had it's own low rpm motor.

Black and Decker straight screw driver with rechargeable "AA" bats for $9 and change (rechargeable batteries do not come with it). I have Dewalt and Bosch to choose from, but this works the best with a max of 120 rpm.

I use a Dremel.My corded one got pushed aside by my cordless [mod 8200] with a 4 foot extension.

It might be available from Kelblys. Worth a call, very good unit, 110v.
