21st Century neck turning lathe

This is an awesome bit of kit, if anyone is doing serious neck turning then buy one.

I'm managing to turn 2.5 thou in one pass (5 thou total ) and could probably do more but I don't feel its needed, its effortless and quick.

No more cramped fingers and hours on end neck turning while watching the TV and annoying the other half.

Elwood,
I agree they are a very nice tool as all of Johns tools are. You should copy and paste your post to a email and shoot it his way, I don't know if you have ever talked to him but he is a super guy to talk to and a very honest person, I don't have anything but good to say about him and I am sure he would get a kick out of hearing feedback from you.
Wayne.

You are actually only removing .0025" of brass from the case neck, period. However, at the same time, you are freeing up .005" of space within the neck chamber.

He already said that,.....didn't he??

Wayne,
I have spoken to John, I told him if he ever comes over to the UK (He wanted to shoot at Bisley) to look me up and I would sort him out some hunting, as you say a super nice guy and I will send him that email.

English, all in it was roughly £250, a lot of money compared to a K&M but I guarantee you, you will never go back to it.
