20VT Dimensions

Some may offer something different, but from what I've found, it is .234" for "no-turn" in the 20VT.

I have a 204 Ruger Match Pac-Nor barrel chambered with what TK calls his Match reamer. It utilizes a .230" tight neck, and does indeed require turning of most brass.

Even with Lapua, which usually have large necks, you may still have to trim down to around .012 or .013 in thickness.

I think he’s ordering a reamer and wants to know what the outside measurement is of the neck of a loaded round with Lapua brass and does not want to turn necks.

Stuff a bullet in a case. Measure it! Add .002 or .003 to that measurement and you're good to go. ;)
I had issues with Remington .221 Fireball brass converted to 20 VT. New brass was pretty even but fired/converted was all over the place.
Had a reamer built/cut with a .234 neck so I DIDN'T have to turn the necks!. Never looked back.:cool:

The loaded Lapua ive been around measured .231-.2315 i would get a
.235 nk. Also add .002 at the .200 line i believe .3765 so you dont get clickers. Call JGS i bet they have a print for a 20VT set up for Lapua brass
