Hey folks, I have the hornady shoulder bump tool. Which insert should I use to measure shoulder bump? Can I use the same one as 221 fireball?

To answer the OP's question, the answer is "yes".
I use the same gauge for my 20VT and all my 223's. You're just measuring the shoulder datum, so it really does not matter what the shoulder angle is for this measurement.
