20Br or 20PPC ???

That depends on several things. What type of action will you be using? If not a custom action the bolt will have to be modified to use the oddball PPC head.

If using 40 grain and lighter bullets I would go with the PPC if the bolt head is not an issue. Also PPC brass is a little harder to come by and slightly more expensive.

If shooting 40 grain and up bullets a fast twist BR would be my choice.

I shoot a 12 twist 20 BR on a Savage action.

JMHO, I think a 20 PPC would be an extremely well balanced, efficient choice with great accuracy potential. I really like 22 cal BRs for their inherent accuracy and design with 55gr and heavier bullets, but in the 20 cal range of bullet weights, I know the BR cases would give more speed, but my mind says the PPC cases would give better accuracy.
Best Wishes

You can also look at the .20 Grendel: http://shootersnotes.com/articles/20-grendel/

Case capacity is between the PPC and the BR. Velocities will be between the two when pressures and barrel lengths are the same.

I went with an 8-twist because the heavy bullets make the most sense for the goals set for the cartridge.
