If you do not reload id go the 204R route. If you reload id look at the 20 practical. I have both. I take the 20p out more. Brass is around and easy to form from 223. Both are low recoil and shoot good.

You can get 223 brass pickups at any range. Sort them by brand and keep the ones you like. I used to pickup at 50-100 pieces every time I went to the range.
