204 ruger help

A 20 practical is, well, really practical. No issues reaching the lands before you run out of magazine length, plenty of speed, and cheap brass. The Sploder (20-223AI) or the tactical give you 2-3 gr more H2O case capacity, which is more brass work for very little gain.

I've got to agree with Woollybugger, 20 Practical uses inexpensive brass, .223 or LC 5.56, which is my favorite option, and you'll get excellent accuracy and good speed. I tend to shoot 32 Vmax about 3850 with N133, but can push up past 4000 if I wanted. I just prefer good accuracy and longer brass life.
With 40 Vmax or BT I have an accurate load with IMR 8208 XBR averages about 3800.
