204 & H4895

Thought I would get some range time in this past Sat & Sunday after the rain was able to shoot both Sat eve and Sunday Afternoon. Factory XR-100 with V-24 Weaver and Rifle Basix trigger

I had been shooting Benchmark and getting decent 3/8" groups but had remembered H-4895 worked well . Winchester brass -7 1/2" Sierra 39 BK

None of these groups measured over .3 for 3 shots

Looks good....The two powders that have worked very well for me and several friends
.204 rifles have always been H4895 and RL-10X.

I think Remington made a big mistake when they stop making the XR 100 I also have a 204 it shoots the 39gr sierra in one hole.
