.204 bullets

Could someone give me some measurements of various bullets from 30-50 grainers? Looking for OAL specifically.

Thanks.

I appreciate the info greatly. Thinking of building a 'fun gun' in .204 but with a very little case.

Thanks.

Now, does anyone have a used factory barrel in .204 they want to sell?

Thanks again.

BHarvey - please indulge my sense of humor - when I first started loading for my .204 - one of the first things I discovered, and didn't like at all - was that the doggone things are TINY!

The case is little. There's a tiny little itty-bitty neck. It's hard to pour powder through that little neck. The thing takes a small rifle primer. I don't have anything else that takes a small rifle primer. What a pain!

The bullets? Even the 40 grainers are tiny. They look and feel like a sliver. Trying to hold onto one is a pain. After I loaded up a few dozen of 'em I started getting the feel for it and was doing okay. Then I picked up a 350 gr .45-70 bullet and thought I was in heaven again!

Like the .204? You bet. Is it LITTLE? Oh yeah... Dad gum little bitty cartridge & components... I dropped a few things and spilled a little powder... Growl. Grump. ;)
