Here are the brackets and results for the 2024 Space Coast Shootout. Congrats to Maria Wolford and Jessica Hendricks for the wins in F Open and F-TR.
We had some exciting weather on day 1 of the regional with winds at 20mph gusting to 40mph. The last three days, the weather was just as good as the shooting. Some amazing scores and the competition was fierce. The Shootout on Sunday was a culmination of a great few days. The brackets had some upsets in each round, with a Cinderella type win for the F-TR shootout.
Thanks to the amazing shooters and competitors that performed at the highest level. I truly hoped everyone enjoyed the experience.
A big shout out to Mark Hildreth for helping me calibrate targets before the event started, Richard Dixon and Lou Hodge, for running the pits and keeping the electronic targets performing flawlessly. Paul Bruton and Kenny Lankford, for keeping the line safe and running super efficiently. Jennifer Lankford in the stat shack, was a blessing and ran everything behind the scenes. Without these great volunteers, the match would have been much different.
To those competitors who enjoyed the food, bourbon and other delicacies at the pig roast, it would have not been possible without Troy and Maria Wolford.
