Kudos to the Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club on the way they conducted the recent First Annual Space Coast F-Class Regional and the Fullbore Regional that followed!
That club can be very proud, indeed, of the manner in which the matches were conducted, the way the visiting competitors were treated, and the overall professionalism of the club members who worked so hard to make it happen.
My wife and I ( and our dog, of course) drove down from Delaware for these matches having no idea what to expect. WOW! What a pleasant surprise and a really great experience - and what a really first-rate club!
Many thanks and huge kudos to Dave and Kim Porter and to Maria Wolford and, of course Chip, the chief statistician who got it all right even when us competitors didn't make it easy - and to all of the other Port Malabar club members who worked so hard to ensure that each and every competitor enjoyed a truly wonderful competitive shooting experience, working hard to make sure that everyone - even us snow birds - felt welcome.
Great job! We hope to be back next year for the Second Annual Space Coast F-Class Regional and for the Fullbore Regional that follows.
Anyone looking for a great place to shoot competitively with some really great people, I highly recommend the Port Malabar Rifle & Pistol Club's Space Coast F-Class Regional.
