2020 Roadrunner Rifle Club Championship

We are excited to announce the inaugural Roadrunner Rifle Club Championship, on October 10 – 11, 2020 at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility in Phoenix, AZ. This NRA regional championship will consist of a 600 yard match on Saturday and a 1,000 yard match on Sunday. Winners will be awarded beautiful roadrunner trophies and medals with enhanced cash prizes. (Minimum cash award for division champions will be $200 with the possibility of growth in proportion to the number of competitors in the division. See the program for award details.)

Day 1 Squadding will be seeded by NRA classification with competitors in the same division shooting on the same relay. Day 2 Squadding will be seeded based on day 1 results. Scott runs an excellent match. The match will be run very smoothly and as fair as possible. The "scheduling / squadding" will be done according to the discipline you will be shooting, with everyone else in that discipline, be it F-Open, F-T/R etc... This will minimize. if not eliminate, some shooters of the same discipline getting a "cupcake" relay, where others shooting the same discipline, on a more difficult relay. Depending on the number of shooters in a certain discipline, that may not always be possible. However, it will be done as equitably as can be done. Day 2 will be based on how well you did or did not do on day 1. It can not get more fair or on a more even playing field than that. See you there!!!!
