hmmmm.....Scott road trip ?
Sweet trophies, good luck to everyone attending!.......[/
That trophy would look good with your collection![]()
you in Scott?hmmmm.....
That trophy would look good in anyone's trophy case/collection.................I would love to shoot that match but a 31 hour drive is more than a hop, skip, & jump and I really don't have the time or energy to tackle it.........

That's flying distance, my friend.
I've always had the same concern... I fly to a few matches a year so I spend $100/year on the NRA endorsed insurance program. It covers loss AND damage of pretty much everything you travel with. Sometimes I ship my ammo in advance, sometimes I travel with it, depending on how much I'll need. If you need an address to ship to in Reno, you can always ship it to my house... FedEx is WAY easier to work with compared to USP. You need to go to an actual freight shipping center vs a fedex kinkos, but they've always got it done for me.Yes it is. I've only flown to one match as a friend was driving and he carried all my equipment for me. I'm always worried about the airline losing my stuff so I drive everywhere but a match this far away is more than I want to drive......![]()
i puchased a rider on my home insurance that provides full replacement value on rifles and all accessories during travel, cheap with usaa.Yes it is. You're lucky to have Ben Avery in your backyard and not be like the rest of us that have to drive 12 hours or many more to get there. I confess, it's only 4 hours to Raton from the house, but damn!! it's still Raton... Sounds like if you don't give in and go, that Raptor dude is going to kidnap you!would love to attend, but a 12 hour drive is just too far.
