Yes sir, you do. You can register at the match if need be. Williamsport members are included and don't have to be an IBS member. (Thanks Joe Salt)

Mike you can also have a membership from the PA. 1000 yard club and shoot but I guess the catch is if you break a record it won't count! Am I correct?
