Well done. It's cool you guys are still doing this. I was a skeptical the first year if it would catch on. Keep up the good shooting!

We are still shooting and tuning these 2K rifles, I am still building new ones too. We wanted to make some improvements to the berm at 2k this year, but with everyone's busy schedule it just didnt get done. We have talked about still holding a match this winter but likely it would just be a small one with local guys. Really need to get the berm built up better before I really want to encourage people to travel to this thing. Thats the reason I have not promoted this much. If you dont have a decent zero and we cant see an impact your never going to get on paper. 2k is tough just to keep all 5 on target. My goal is just to go single digits with a bipod rifle. But I think a heavy benchgun (like the one Im doing for Tom M.) will break 5"

What Cartridge are the shooters leaning to at this time.

It's probably still to early to really say. Some of us approaching it from the conventional cup and core bullets availability, so 338s and now 30s based off the lapua and Norma cases. Jeff and Heather have stuck with big stuff, and came up with cases that are larger than cheytac and smaller than bmg. Running 375 and up bore sizes with turned bullets. Both approaches have seen improvements in groups and scores.

if you go with solids i think you need to talk with a 'smith that has done the work before
just my opinion
a purpose built 300 win mag will get there, but a 338 edge is better.
think these are min for the game
jeff and heather shot a 417 king (???)...cnc cases and bullets...really hot and fast...much flater than most of us.
