200 yd load

I want to go to a informal varmit rifle, bench type shoot this weekend and have to make a decision about which load to use. Caliber is .223 ack. I have a load with 52gr fb bergers that shoots in the .3-.4 range at 100 yards. I have a load with 69 gr sierra BTHP that shoot .4-.6 range. Both are near max loads velocity is unknown as I haven't had time to crono.

My question is would it be wise to give up a little pure accuracy to favor the better BC at ranges as short as 200yds in a practical sense

Nope.
The only tip I'd offer is watch the weather Friday night, if it's going to be really windy shoot the 69grn'rs.
The 52's will be flater, but the wind'll push'm more,
Heck, bring'm both and have some fun,, ;) ;D

Punch hypothetical velocity #'s from the books in a ballistics program and look at the results.
