I shoot a 20br. 30grs of 8208 @ 3690fps. had the velocity higher, this is where the accuracy is.

I ordered some 57gr vld 20 cal bullets fro Don Unmussig, he also makes a heavier vld 20 cal bullet that requires an 8tw. If the 57's work well, I will get a 20 dasher reamer and an 8tw barrel. No wssm for me.

The Kreiger barrel was a 9 twist. I bought it to shoot the 70 Bergers but I never achieved the consistency I wanted, so I switched to the 55 VMax's.

in my opinion the 20 x 47L has too much capacity. And before anyone asks Yes I had one built. You can only get so much velocity and there is a point of diminished returns.

My son shot a sika stag tonite at last light with the WSSM at 325m with one sizzling shot. It was shot off a Harris bipod. Cannot fault the gun or the projectile i.e. Barnes 62gr. Watched all the action out of my Swaro glass. The more we use it the more I am convinced Ackley had a point about speed and rotational speed. This was a heavy sika stag but it folded like a bolt of lightning hit it.
