Hello all,
New to the wildcat world not to reloading uncle passed earlier this year and I acquired several of his rifles he would buy blanks and chamber them in who knows what. Casted chamber on this rifle and it's a 20 vtt spent the last week going threw dies and forming brass and getting it right. Time to load rounds did calculations looking threw data came up with load option and reduced by another 10%.
32gr vmax 17.5gr 4198. It didn't care for it as pics indicated below. I did find my neck spacing was little short from casting and lengthened accordingly. Looking for a little help thank you.1000004066.jpg

In my straight non turbo .232 neck VarTarg, I was getting 3600ish with 18-19 grains of H4198. What is neck size of your chamber vs your loaded rounds?

I shoot a 20-222 which is just simply a 222 rem necked down to 20 cal. I have started at that grain range w h4198 w no trouble. I ended up @ 20.5grs @3800+fps. Hope this helps
