I neck turned Lapua 20 VT brass and it was +-.001 on my concentricity gauge when I started. After loading it was .001 to .004 on the bullet. One shot brass, neck sized with a Redding bushing neck sizer to .228, but used a Hornady 204 seater that does not guide the brass like a Forster or Redding Comp. seater. I loaded 19 Bagder with a Forster seater and the concentricity remained thr same. I'm thinking I should buy a Redding Competition seating die to solve this problem. Any input would be appreciated.
