well now were getting somewhere...finally broke the half inch barrier...one really sweet .357 group...got it settled down & it seems to like the 40 gr bullets..Turned in a good just under .5 group with the 32 gr V max...Man that bullet just screams...Had some nasty rainy weather to contend with yesterday..& very humid..Put my targets in plastic sleeves...I managed to get to most of the test loads I wanted to try on the paper..Even the poor performers..H-380 was a total bust...I even found some time to use the leftovers for busting rocks in the 200 yd backstop...A found half used can of spray paint turned the wet backstop into a shooting gallery...For a pee wee bullet that 20 caliber can do a job on basalt..mike in ct

Did you try any of the Reloader 10x yet, I wasn't sure if you noticed the loads I posted on ur earlier topic.

RL-10x is cylindrcal,granual) powder

I live in Texas and due to the weather, changing from day to day, ball powder is better left alone.

Let me know how those loads work for you.

Have you got a better range report on the tac yet? I’m curious about you progress, I am ready to send my action out for my own project, but decided to put it on hull till I hear the result of yours, please keep me in tune.

Buzz..they did a nice job at Pac-nor for me..I think I started a bit hot with my loads using Benchmark..Got some fouling & flattened primers for my efforts..The one in eleven twist seems to be good for both 32 & 40 gr weights..I have not yet got the load I'm looking for due to the extremes in internal case capacity I have in these batches of cases I'm working with..They vary in weight from 92 to 104 grains each..I've got a good number sorted out & some have clearly shown promise...As I said earlier I thought the 39 Gr Sierra was going to run away with accuracy over the other bullets...but things are settling out..I should get another range day in this week The 20 Tac is fun to shoot....The 22-250 was/has been giving me grief...mike in ct
