No pressure signs means no pressure signs!It’s a wildcat so I won’t comment a bunch. No pressure signs, don’t mean a darn thing. By the time you do see “signs” usually way over pressure. The 204 Ruger struggles to get close to 4000 with book loads. Speed and pressure usually go hand in hand.
I have had a couple of “fast” barrels, maybe this is the case.
In my 204 my go to round has been a factory Hornady 24 grain ntx at 4400 fps, it definitely gets it done for me,gh's and coyotes,do you think I should be concerned about throat erosion,THX i'm very comfortable to 300 yards.No pressure signs means no pressure signs!
I can open the bolt with one finger. Primers are not flat and case head measures good. I run all rifles til i hit pressure and then back off accordingly!
